Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the automotive electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects throughout their lifecycle, including overseas projects that involve cross-border collaboration. Additionally, the candidate should have in-depth knowledge of industry standards and acceptance criteria related to the automotive sector.
Lead and oversee projects in the automotive electronics industry, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure. For turn-key and customized integrated project.
Monitor and control project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and budget modifications
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and changes effectively to ensure project success and timely delivery, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts
Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards and acceptance criteria throughout project execution
Utilize advanced project accounting skills to manage project finances, including cost analysis, expenditure tracking, and cash flow management
Control project documentation, ECN and COR management.
Implement and oversee EHS protocols and site safety measures to create a secure working environment for project teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize changes and ensure alignment with project objectives
Demonstrate experience in coordinating international projects and working collaboratively with teams across different regions
Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to address risks, changes, and potential impacts on project delivery
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and promote a safety-conscious culture among project teams

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, or Project Management)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the automotive industry
• PMP certificate holder (preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills both in oral and written, Working experience in foreign companies (desired)
• Be able to travel locally and aboard up to 30%
• Successful experience of project management in relevant company
• Proficiency in managing EHS aspects and site safety in project environments
• Strong experience in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks
• Demonstrated ability to implement effective change management strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
