Your role and responsibilities
Mission
Support service sales for spare parts enquiry. Ensures the entire customer supply process, implementation and execution, in order to achieve a high level of service quality, operational efficiency, on time delivery, order growth and customer satisfaction.
Role
1. Product launch
- Supports the product/system/service development process from project specification to product/system/service launch.
- Assists sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of spare parts associated to new products/systems/services.
- Manages spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management (LCM) shifts.
2. Customer relations
- Collaborates with internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assists with resolution of customer spare parts issues.
3. Sales targets
- Participates in determining sales targets for sales force.
4. Marketing plan
- Collaborates to define marketing plans in order to promote sales activities.
5. Training
- Cooperates to embed spare parts highlights into product/system/service training to internal teams and customers.
6. Price list
- Prepares price lists for review and approval and delivers customer quotations.
- Contribute to develop and maintain spare parts back-end costs repositories and front-end e-commerce tools.
7. Analysis
- Prepares various analyses by market, and product.
- Collaborates with internal teams to share data as needed.
8. Marketing tools
- Contributes to the preparation of marketing tools to support the business and the Sales organizations.
9. Product improvement
- Proposes new spare parts, kits, and packages development or enhancements of existing ones in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs.
- Contributes to the definition of their technical characteristics by providing specific expertise
