This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid
This role is contributing to the Industrial Automation Business in Bangalore Region. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Understating the features, developing test cases and test execution for products in PAEN Excitation
• Work with Product and Project Managers to understand scope, features and come up with Test Strategy , with Testing and Automation effort estimation for new projects.
• Plan Testing activities with local and remote teams along with the POs, Architects and PM.
• Define Testing content based on Customer scenarios .
• Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.
• Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.
• Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.
• Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in defining Test strategy , Test planning, execution and test automation . 2+ yrs exp as Test Lead. you enjoy working with Embedded and Application software testing and the PAEN Excitation team.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in C#, PowerShell scripts , have 7-12 years of experience in Programing Skill : C#, PowerShell scripts , Python, Application Testing- Front end & Domian knowledge on DCS , Controllers
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Firmware- Testing experience.
• You are passionate about good analytical and problem solving skills
• Degree in BE / B. Tech in Computer Science/ Electrical or/Electronics and communication / Electronics and Instrumentation
• You are at ease communicating in English.
• You Should hold current Visa valid in India
