This position reports to
EL Product Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
• Strategy: Implements the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. • Targets: Achieves product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. • Business Plans: Collaborate to develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market. • Analysis: Lead market analyses through the voice of the customer and VOS (Voice of Sales), define appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data. • Sales: Drive and oversea sales execution. Provides sales tools, product promotion, application and technical support to the sales teams. • Training: Drives sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Salesperson. Facilitates know-how sharing and cross- collaboration.
Qualifications for the role
- 4-10 years of experience in electrical distribution panelboards / Breakers for the residential, Commercial, and industrial markets in proposals, sales or engineering.
- A B.Sc. in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Sound technical knowledge of electrical distribution equipment.
- Mature knowledge and ability to discuss all single line aspects.
- Product marketing knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- French and English language abilities.
- Continuously strive to meet goals and objectives demonstrating tenacity and persistence.
- Demonstrate independence and drive when dealing with tasks and consult others when neces-sary for effective completion of the project.
