This position reports to
US Sites Controller
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to your assigned organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.
The work model for the role is Hybrid working 1 day remote on Fridays. #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Bartlesville, OK.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, and accordingly proposing improvement actions.
• Executing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB; and working with other finance professionals to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance of the organization and identify trends.
• Preparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and the overall impact to the business unit.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the
relevant organization.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have work experience with SAP and Power BI
- Experience building visualization from excel or data
- Good analytical decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills
- Advanced excel skills with pivot tables
- Must be able to communicate complex financial subjects to upper leadership
- Good understanding of SAP Assessments, Allocations and familiarity with SAP Product Costing
- Experience with SAP Planning Process
