This position reports to

Digital Platform Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for the full lifecycle product management of digital products for drives and motors.
Responsible for product positioning, development roadmap, sales strategy, channel strategy, and competitor analysis of digital products in the Chinese market.
Participate in the digital product development process, prioritize, write requirement documents, design business processes, conduct UIUX design reviews, participate in functional acceptance, and introduce the launch of functions.
Participate in digital product operation processes, design delivery processes, track user usage, and summarize user feedback.
Provide cross departmental communication and coordination for the development and delivery of digital products.
As the interface person for the Chinese product team, participate in global product definition and requirement discussions.
Be able to independently connect with KA for digital projects, complete demand analysis and solution preparation and cooperate with project execution

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, instrumentation or vibration analysis, etc.;.
• >5 years of work experience related to monitoring;
• Prior technical training or presentation experience, solution experience is preferred
• Familiar with the mainstream monitoring product information on the market
• Ability to work self-motivated as part of a technical support team, Travel is acceptable.
• Fluent English with write and speak
