IS Hosting Technical Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency. The work model for the role is:#LI- Hybrid / Remote This role is contributing to the IS Hosting Infrastructure Services Globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Providing Subject Matter expertise to support technical areas associated with Hosting Storage Services. • Acting as Hosting SME and technical representative to provide advisory and support for Hosting Storage Services • Reviewing SLAs and service metrics to monitor quality of Hosting Storage Services and to initiate improvement actions to reach service level targets • Managing the technical quality and maintainability of Hosting Storage infrastructure in collaboration with external suppliers • Supporting Hosting Technical Service Manager in handling escalations and customer complaints related to Storage Services

Qualifications for the role

• +5 years of experience in managing Data Center Storage environment
• Excellent knowledge of storage technologies (Tier 1, Tier 2/3), architecture and solutions in enterprise environments (Datacenter and distinct)
• Extensive hands-on experience in administering storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS)
• Practical knowledge in dedicated networks for Storage & Backups
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical language, collaborative forward-thinker
• Experience in implementing enterprise automation and self-service tools
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Breadth of experience is a strong asset (EMC, NetApp, IBM, HPE storage solutions), knowledge on Backup solutions (Commvault, Veeam, TMS) will be a plus
