This position reports to

Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

Connecting and starting up plants and systems - from initial commissioning and functional tests, through maintenance, optimization and adjustment, to acceptance Professional exchange of parts and modules and making corrections based on characteristic values
Determination of the technical condition of the installation as well as UPS systems and, if necessary, consultation on preventive maintenance
Precise diagnosis and specification of faults including meticulous fault analysis and suggestion Implementation of precisely tailored remedial measures
Timely creation and editing of protocols, service reports and other documentation
On-call service on weekends, Sundays and holidays within the framework of an on-call schedule - Telephone customer support included

Qualifications for the role

• Successful apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician or electronics technician
• Ideally first work experience in working with UPS systems
• Excellent German and good written and spoken English
• Flexible, assertive personality who thinks entrepreneurially, has a clear customer focus and is able to deal with different
