Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships. The work model for the role is: #LI- #Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Mexico/ Global. You will be mainly accountable for: • Plans, schedules, coordinates, and delivers the IS project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost and agreed quality. • Defines the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation, in coordination with key stakeholders. • Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates the status to key stakeholders. • Defines all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans. • Organizes, monitors, and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources. • Ensures that all project related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost, and scheduling targets. • Monitors and controls project cost and financials.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors degree/Technical graduate
• 8years of total IT experience with more than 2 years into IT service & operations management, Governance Risk and Compliance and Project Management.
• ITIL and PMP certifications preferred.
• Strong stake-holder management experience required
