This position reports to

Regional Product Line Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead local product line team and operations teams. Each day, you will be accountable for the commercial deployment as well as the day-to-day operations of the organization within your assigned geographical scope. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the design and implementation of both the business commercial and customer-focused operations strategies.
The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote
This role is contributing to the Relay & Scada product line in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are local product line operation team and local sales team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Ensuring the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives.
• Creating, implementing, reviewing, and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model and customer-focused operations strategy with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets
• Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service).
• Driving appropriate, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 10 years of working experience, working as people management role in Automation/Electrification industry
• Having Bachelor or Master degree in EE/ME.
• You are at ease communicating in English and Chinese ability
