This position reports to
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Responsible for hitting the sales target and market share of Mobile e-Power product in China 2. Responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship of CP, OEM and End user in off-highway segements 3. Responsible for providing off-highway industry expertise and training to SI, CP, DI, OEM and Endusers. 4. Tracing and gathering the off-highway industry competition analysis and development trend, in addition, providing regular written report 5. Coordinate technical & after sales service activities of e-Drive & Powertrain 6. Organize customers seminar to promote Mobile e-Power products and attend industry coference for collecting market info. 7. Finish other work arranged by line manager 8. Business led collaboration with other sales units cross product groups and Division
Qualifications for the role
- Education(Level): University graduate or above
- Major: Electrical Autumation and Mechanical Engineering
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Fluent in English ( oral and written)
- Professional experiences and skills:
- Key account management and sales exprirence in Drive products or drive systems.
- Power electronics or electrical engineering background.
- Strong willingness to engage in Mobile e-Power business is a plus as well.
- Good negotiation skills and high proactive working style.
- Global coordination and collaboration ability
- Good, analytical decision making and independent problem solving skills are mandatory requirements
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
