This position reports to

HR Services Specialist II

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to work in the HR area for Perú & Colombia. Each day, you will Performing support in payroll, ticket attention in a Global Business Service/ Share services center. You will be in charge of internal customer facing any HR management. You will also showcase your expertise by implementation of projects, such as workday or similar.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid
This role is contributing to the HR Service business area in Perú.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
• Accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.
• Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies
• Leads certain process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities.

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in human resources processes, onboarding, ELC (employee lifecycle and Payroll in multinational company in the industrial or engineering sector.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in more than 5 years actively participating in implementation projects in the HR area, preferably with a GBS (shared services center) working as HR Specialist or similar for Peru and other LATAM countries.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Workday, SAP, ATS or ERP systems (desirable).
• You are passionate about empowerment, communication at all levels, analytical skills, detail oriented, planning and organization and Teamwork.
• Degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or related.
• You are at ease communicating in English at advanced level (MUST).
