This position reports to

EL Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Wiring Accessories market in Electrification Smart Building Business Area in Spain. Main stakeholders are Distribution, Electricians, Prescription and End Users. You will be mainly accountable for: • Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. • Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). • Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. • Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market. Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in product marketing management framework tools and the electrical market
• Ability to demonstrate less than 2 years of experience in product management or marketing
• Possess an enhanced knowledge in Office
• You are passionate about collaboration, curiosity, self- awareness, openness to travel and leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineer or Architecture
• You are at ease communicating in fluent advanced English
