Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the business in adhering to systems and processes within manufacturing of Low or Medium Voltage Switchgear. You will correctly and safely use machinery and equipment on the shop floor, read and interpret the technical diagrams & instructions for assembly of products, systems and panels in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. The work model for the role is: onsite in Mebane, NC. You will be mainly accountable for: * Assembling production, fabricated metal products and electrical equipment. * Maintaining logs, records and reports concerning production, machine maintenance and product inconsistencies * Reads blueprints, schematics or similar documentation, then builds to those specification * Maintains equipment and conveyors. Performs basic repairs when needed

Qualifications for the role

• Enhanced knowledge of relevant industry experience involving Switchgear (480 V to 27kV, switchboards
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in reading and wiring from electrical schematics, building equipment using assembly drawings and prior experience working on electrical distribution equipment including switchboard or panels, motor control centers, transformers and loan interpreter switches,
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Ability to read and interpret interpret engineering job spec sheet, connection diagrams, bill of materials and standard assembly drawings
