You will have to manage the team in charge of the management of incoming material from our suppliers

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Apply Basic Model process for Material Planning activities

Manage supplier performance KPIs and commodity coverage according to objectives

Partner with procurement for risk/impact management process including supplier selection

Ensure the implementation of action plans between Teams and Suppliers

Lead vendor escalation process by supporting hardware planners on vendor KPI performance facilitation

Ensure accuracy of basic material planning data

Organize and maintain regular reviews with material planners to ensure documents are sent to vendors and respective delivery confirmations are received

Ensure analyses of MRP exception messages carried out by all Material Planners and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand...)

Support material planners when issues are identified and assess risk / impact on production / projects

Ensure proper communication routine with vendors based on delivery performance by Material Planners

Contribute to risk and impact assessments and mitigation action plan

Manage team performance, develop team skills and provide feedback and register during the performance management cycle

 

DESIRED PROFILE:

 

BA in a related field 3 years minimum experience in Supply Chain, including industrial procurement

ERP knowledge, if possible SAP

Mastery of French and functional English

Teamwork and Leadership
