Under the supervision of the Chief Equipment and Facility Maintenance Officer, the candidate will coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance work orders for internal maintenance personnel as well as external personnel as required.
Scheduling of preventive work orders generated by the computer-assisted maintenance management system, GMAO;
Enter work requests from the site’s work request portal;
Schedule corrective maintenance work orders contained in the GMAO;
Update site equipment records;
Researching parts from authorized suppliers to complete planned work
Request purchase orders for supplies necessary for the installation of the maintenance department’s equipment as well as investment projects;
Ensure that the security procedures are linked to the work order generated from the GMAO (Lockout sheet, work permit, risk analysis);
Track available PO Preapproved (Master PO) amounts;
In collaboration with its head, prepare the content of the weekly meeting of the department;
In collaboration with his manager, participate in the preparation of the annual maintenance budget;
In collaboration with their manager, plan the execution of the planned summer shutdown;
Based on the workstation implementation requirements, list the services to be implemented by the maintenance team;
DEP and/or DEC in industrial mechanics, industrial maintenance, electricity, building mechanics, electromechanics;
Any combination of study and experience will be considered;
2-3 years of experience in maintenance planning and industrial supply purchase orders;
1-2 years of experience in the use of a computer-assisted maintenance management system, GMAO (Guide, Intéral, Maximo, SAP);
Experience in operating a control system;
Comfortable in managing priorities;
Experience in managing industrial supply supplier relationships (asset);
Knowledge Computer tools: purchase order software, maintenance management software;
Knowledge of Office suite, primarily Excel (asset)
