Mission
To define and manage the interfaces between the Electromechanical subsystems (E&M Subsystems; Rolling Stock, Signalling, Supervision, Telecommunications, Passenger Information, CCTV, Power Supply, Ticketing,…) and
- the Civil Works (CW)
- external entities

Support Configuration and Change Board activities, through for instance, the processing/follow-up of modifications impact analysis

Responsibilities include:
- Define the System Interface management process : interface identification, interface register, taking into account the global Alstom Transport interests
- Define the System Interface Control Documents (SICD) by pairs of Subsystems
- Organise the consistency of the interfaces relevant to E&M
- Manage the detailed interfaces definition (Software Interface Design Description (SIDD), cabling consistency, …) relevant to E&M
- For the tramway projects, manage the Civil Works (CW) interface engineer, organise the consistency of the interfaces relevant to CW, manage the detailed interfaces definition relevant to CW
- Prepare the integration phase

Educational requirements
University Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Technical Knowledge / Experience
Field experience and a good knowledge of railway systems, available E&M equipment and Subsystems
At least 5 years of experience in Engineering / Technical functions including 3 years in projects
Expert in System Engineering
