Could you be the full-time Project Safety Assurance Manager in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll defining and transfer in a timely manner the necessary safety requirements to put under control the relevant railway safety risks and follow them until closure in the Hazard Management Tool (Hazard Log, checklist, …). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business being the point of contact for RAMS matters on the project/program/tender for the corresponding scope (System / Infrastructure) in particular to the Customer and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the role of Safety Leader for which he/she is appointed to, in order to support the team in the assessment, containment, closure and Return of Experience of the issue., but also coordinating the RAM/Safety contributors from different entities for System RAM and Safety Manager.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting the other stakeholders (design, industrial, sourcing, validation etc..) in the definition of appropriate measures to meet the RAMS actions and to follow their closure through appropriate documented evidence.
- Having a pro-active approach on the design assessment to support in the adequate definition of technical solutions to put under control the railway safety risks.
- Managing the RAMS Engineer(s), when applicable, to meet the QCD commitment
- Supporting the PrQSM in the performance of Safety Design Review and the issuance of Safety Authorizations by providing the necessary inputs.

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a RAMS/Safety Manager in railways, aerospace, projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Railway business. Detailed knowledge of the Products or Services developed within the Platform-s/system.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of international projects.
- Successful experience in working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Structured and organised with hands-on approach
- Fluent in English
