Train Architecture Manager (H/F)

We are looking for a Train Design Engineer to join our Train Design department (Mechanical). As a key player in a project, you will be in contact with a wide range of professions.
In order to carry out your mission, you will have to collaborate with different actors of the project in order to :
- Coordinate and execute Train Design activities in accordance with technical requirements, customer specifications, budgets and schedules,
- Lead the coordination of the various trades: interior design, cab, body structure, integration of mechanical equipment,
- Define the architecture of the train sets: seating arrangements, equipment layout,
- Ensure the resolution of mechanical integration problems,
- Ensure the follow-up of the studies of the transverse disciplines such as the gauge, the acoustics, the eco-design, the ergonomics, the aerodynamics, etc...
- Establish validation and certification plans in collaboration with the Validation department,
- Support the Sourcing, Industrialization and Production teams during the product development phase
Ideally you have 3 to 4 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the railway sector.
Customer satisfaction and successfully completing a project in accordance with the requirements are motivating factors.
Good communicator, sense of priorities and structured are terms that define you.
You have good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in a matrix, multi-site and international organization. Occasional travel in France and abroad is to be expected. Fluent English and French
