PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Planifier et gérer la réception des matériaux et le transport entrant
- Planifier et gérer la saisie des stocks
- Planifier et gérer l'emballage, l'expédition et le transport sortant
- Gérer l'exactitude et l'intégrité des stocks
- Étiqueter les nouvelles marchandises
- Assurer l'exactitude des commandes reçues des fournisseurs
- Organiser l'espace de stockage pour optimiser les livraisons futures
- S'assurer que l'inventaire est mis à jour fréquemment
- Travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe logistique pour répondre aux demandes d'inventaire dans les meilleurs délais
Exigences physiques
- Capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 lb
Éducation, expérience et compétences
- Obligatoire:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires
- 6mo – 1 an d'expérience en contrôle des stocks
- Compétences informatiques de base ; Exceller
- Capacité à gérer les priorités
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Sens de l'organisation et rigueur
- Préféré:
- Diplôme d'études collégiales
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en contrôle des stocks
- Certifié pour conduire un chariot élévateur

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan & Manage Material Receipt and Inbound Transportation
- Plan & Manage Stock Entry
- Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation
- Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity
- Label new merchandise
- Ensure the accuracy of orders received from suppliers
- Organize storage space to optimize for future deliveries
- Ensure that the inventory is updated on a frequent schedule
- Work in partnership with the logistics team to respond to inventory requests in a timely manner
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Required:
- High School Diploma
- 6mo – 1 yr experience in inventory control
- Basic computer skills; Excel
- Ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational skills and a rigorous mindset
- Preferred:
- College Degree
- 1 – 2 years experience in inventory control
- Certified to operate a forklift
