MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare and execute testing activities, according to the testing procedure / documentation and following Sub-system T&C manager and PM instructions.
• Ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting).
• In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project, and ensure that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
• Ensure follow-up of detected issues and deliver the commissioning reports.
• Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
• Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)

Performance Measurement

• Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
• Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
• Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Communication) or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken)

Desirable:

• Railway knowledge

Experience

Mandatory:

• 10 years of experience in T&C activities for similar projects.
• Deep knowledge of T&C of PSD SYSTEMS.
• Interface with SCADA, MSN, Design, Installation stakeholders.
• Knowledge on PLC/Server operation.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU).
• Previous testing skills

Desirable:

• Quality, EHS and Railway safety
