- definition and implementation of Maintenance and technical assistance plans;
- coordination and support to maintenance technicians on field;
- provision of performances and log analysis;
- provision of structured “return of experience” process by: reporting, statistics, etc;
- execution and supervision of HW and SW retrofit and upgrade plans;
- provision of support to Service Signalling Platform organization in the definition of maintenance strategy in tenders and offers;
- Cooperation with product engineering in the definition of maintainability requirements during the product’s design phase.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics/Electric/Telecommunications Engineering
- Capability to interpret electric drawings and schemes
- Knowledge of electronic design principle and methodology
- Knowledge of the most common operating systems (Unix, Ms-Windows, …)
- Knowledge of the most common net protocols (TCP/IP, …)
- Knowledge of RAM analysis methodology
- Capability to use test tools (oscilloscope, wave generator, multimeter, etc…)
- Basic knowledge of railway systems and or transportation systems would be a plus
- Italian: excellent level written and spoken
- English: good level written and spoken
- Knowledge of French is desirable but not mandatory
- Capability of synthesis and related written exposure
- Capability to perform analysis and to relate information from different contexts
- Capability to work in team and attitude to problem solving
- New graduate or one/two years of experience in electronic or electromechanical company
- Hardware and firmware design
- Knowledge of on site or remote technical assistance for Electronic/Electromechanical application
