About the Position:

Reporting to the Operations Transformation Superintendent, the AERIS Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for establishing the maintenance strategy that will be deployed during the commissioning of AERIS. He also supervises the members of the operational readiness team who work to prepare the operational, maintenance, and other procedures that will be linked to the new process. He shares his expertise with the engineering team to ensure their informed decision-making in the project's design stages.

Specifically, key responsibilities include:


  • Responsible for developing the AERIS process maintenance strategy.
  • Participate in various project phases and share maintenance expertise with the engineering team.
  • Coordinate various project activities related to maintenance.
  • Responsible for carrying out and monitoring maintenance activities of the Aeris operational readiness plan.
  • Ensure communication of maintenance requirements and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with team members and other departments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes and/or operations.
  • Participate in establishing the criticality of AERIS equipment with the project team.
  • Supervise the members of the operational readiness team involved in developing health & safety procedures, operating procedures, and maintenance procedures.

Do you have what it takes?

The candidate must hold a college diploma in a relevant field with 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
