Minara Resources has an opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our Perth based team on a 5:2 roster.
Minara Resources is Australia’s largest cobalt producer and a major world producer of nickel. Our Murrin Murrin site in WA’s northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. The Role
The successful person will be responsible for the timely and accurate mobilisation and demobilisation of contractors being brought to site for operational requirements. The Mobilisation Administrator will be based in Perth on an 5:2 Roster (Monday-Friday)
You will be responsible for:
- Onboarding contractors including reviewing site entry documents, booking flights, rosters, and site inductions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant administration & contactor booking procedures.
- Booking and ensuring compliance to relevant Training requirements.
- Flight reconciliations
- ROE checks
- Training bookings
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
About You
This role would suit a skilled administrator with previous experience in a similar role.
You will also have:
- Solid administration skills in the area of personnel logistics & mobilisation;
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a contractor administration role within the resources industry;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle, SAM, INX or similar flight and accommodation booking systems
