About this part of our organisation:

This Global role will support the region encompassing Zinc Assets Australia which include multiple & geographically dispersed operations (from Darwin to Mount Isa, Townsville and Brisbane), including underground and open pit mines, processing plants (concentrators, smelters and a refinery) plus port facilities. Globally we have operations across Asia, both North and South American continents and Europe. Brisbane is home to our Zinc Assets Australia’s corporate office which is where this role is based.

About your new position:

You will play an integral role in the organisation as a technical and subject matter expert for our Coupa S2P (Source to Pay) environment. Your scope of work will range from the current Coupa modules process integrated to SAP, Mincom Ellipse, and other ERPs, along with other parallel enabling systems such as Boomi and PowerBI. You will work closely with colleagues focused on requirements such as internal and external audits, monitoring, reporting and the continuous evaluation of our current systems and processes.

Reporting structure:

Reporting to the Coupa Global Support Manager you will also have a close working relationship with the Regional Middleware Lead as well as other Regional Support teams (e.g. ERP, infrastructure, etc.). You will be required to manage third party service provider resources such as Coupa support, Boomi support, Kitepipe and others to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery to the Glencore business.

Your Key Responsibilities will fall under the broad categories of:

• Governance, and Supplier Risk Management
• Value realisation
• Product improvements including change and release management.
• Catalogue Strategy & Management
• User engagement, communicating needs, training, etc.

To effectively perform, you shall need:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant field such as Business or Information Technology and several years of practical experience in an S2P environment delivering value to the business.
• Understanding of the Coupa Source to Pay Platform and associated ERP’s, such as, SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, Mincom, and others.
• Familiarity with Systems Analytics and Reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Customer focused and business oriented project management skills, with an emphasis on interpersonal, team building and change management as the role will be required to work with different business units within a region.
• Proficient communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• The ability to travel occasionally to engage with stakeholders regionally is required.
