About the position:

Reporting to the Senior Budget - KPI & HRIS Analyst, North America & Philippine Region (NACAP) for the copper division, the KPI and HRIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data in our systems, as well as verifying and correcting payroll entries. Additionally, they assist and support the senior analyst in preparing payroll budgets, producing monthly and quarterly reports, updating data in PBI reports, and providing analytical support for various compensation projects and initiatives.

Specifically, you will:

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in our Org+, Empath, and Ellipse systems;
  • Verify the accuracy of payroll entries and make necessary corrections to entries and systems;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of payroll and headcount budgets for different regions;
  • Participate in the production of monthly and quarterly reports;
  • Ensure the accuracy and updating of data in PBI reports;
  • Provide analytical support as needed by the company;
  • Participate in ad hoc compensation projects and initiatives as needed;
  • Perform any other tasks requested by the manager.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Hold a relevant degree (DEC or Bachelor) in management, administration, human resources, finance, or IT;
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in human resources (experience in compensation, payroll, or finance is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent ability to manage and analyze data accurately;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to produce relevant reports;
  • Great attention to detail and confidentiality;
  • Knowledge of Org+, Ellipse, Empath, SAP is a plus;
Languages: French and English
