What Your Typical Week Will Look Like:
You will:
- Actively participate in projects such as anode identification, output sampling, ongoing product sampling, flow and measurement equipment mapping, and various metrology initiatives.
- Analyze metallurgical data from diverse sources to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to provide advice and explore potential projects.
- Participate in training, coaching and raising the awareness of the various stakeholders on the site.

- A College’s degree in Metallurgy, Industrial chemistry, Petrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of industry experience in the mining/metallurgical and/or chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken, is essential to facilitate regular and frequent collaboration with colleagues in other provinces and countries, across various levels within the organization, on a daily basis. Proficiency of both languages allows for smooth transferral of shared documentation across countries and provinces.
- A valid driver’s license.
Priority will be given to candidates with the right to work in Canada.
