About the Role:
Reporting to the CPS Support Lead, you will be member of the global copper Team as an HR IT Solutions Expert specializing in SAP and will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing SAP HR modules to streamline the Copper Human Resources operations. You will be responsible for leveraging SAP technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the organization.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Research and evaluate HR software solutions that align with the organization's needs and goals. Lead the implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
- Customize HR software to meet specific organisational requirements such as configuring workflows, creating custom fields, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
- User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to HR staff on how to use the software effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operations and maximum utilization of the HR technology.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to existing systems or processes to optimize HR operations.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize tasks and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SAP certification preferred.
- Proven experience implementing SAP HR modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Expert level knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Participate in SAP and SuccessFactors implementation projects or global service delivery.
- IT Interfaces and IT solutions architecture understanding
- SAP or SuccessFactors authorizations knowledge
- Reports design and build
- Communication and change management for HR IT solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
