HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Under the Supervisor – Surface Electrical, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your main duties will be:
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work on equipment.
- Perform maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of equipment such as 4160/600/240/120volt motor control centers, variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, measuring instruments (level, flow, pressure, density, analysis, etc.) and control valves.
- Participate in the improvement and optimization of various systems to increase production performance and equipment reliability in addition to standardizing or improving safety and working conditions.
- Apply various procedures to achieve the highest levels of performance in health and safety and environmental protection and compliance.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Electrical Engineering Technology - Automation and Control combined with five (5) years' experience in instrumentation and PLC programming.
- Have relevant maintenance experience in the field of electrical production and distribution.
- Have a certificate of competency in electricity (C license).
- Valid driver's license.
- Working knowledge of English is an asset.
