- The work schedule is “hybrid”. It consists of a combination of workdays at the mine site and workdays at the Laval or Rouyn-Noranda office (or telework). Over a 4-week period, this schedule is made up of 7 consecutive working days at the mine site and 10 working days off-site.
- On-site shifts are 11 hours a day and off-site shifts are 7.5 hours a day.

HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the Senior Engineer - Electrical Compliance, the incumbent is responsible for the complete management projects in the energy production department from design to commissioning. Your main duties will be to
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the various stages of projects, ensuring that budgets and technical requirements.
- Prepare and validate plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with current standards.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and provide technical support to production, installation and commissioning teams.
- Ensure a smooth transition between the different phases of the project and maintain communication with internal customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Lead project start-up meetings and analyze the work to be carried out to optimize the progress of projects under his/her responsibility.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field in project management and energy optimization.
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
- Project management expertise.
- Understanding of technical and financial issues related to power generation.
- Working knowledge of English.
