HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the General Foreman - Surface Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning various projects related to this sector. Your main duties will be :
- Carry out weekly operational planning of services for the supervisory team, considering changing weather conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate all sector-related projects in partnership with supervisors.
- Manage schedules using the existing system.
- Participate in meetings with various collaborators from other sectors such as maintenance, mining operations and the tailings management team.
- Support the supervisory team in carrying out road inspections.
- Perform first-level supervisory replacement.
- Support the training team in developing a weekly training schedule.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, combined with experience in mine site or construction site supervision.
- Valid class 5 driver's license.
- Have a working knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation (asset).
