What you’ll really have to do in this role:

• Manage manufacturing strategies through operational diagnostics and defining future vision
• Support client companies in implementing continuous improvement and Lean solutions
• Manage the project deployment plan
• Use industrial engineering tools to design and optimize production lines
• Reduce waste within the context of layout optimization or factory arrangement
• Standardize work methods or tools and introduce good work practices
• Lead and participate in Kaizen workshops and operations simulations
• Participate in large-scale cross-functional projects

The minimum skills you must have:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering or operations and logistics engineering
• You are a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• You have at least 8 years of experience in industrial management
• You are willing to travel and work regularly at our clients’ sites throughout Quebec
• You have experience and knowledge in project management
• You are bilingual (French/English) – proficiency in English is required for our international clients and our Quebec clients with international project
