What you’ll do in this role:

  • Identify, evaluate, and propose optimizations and continuous improvements of production methods and procedures at our clients’ sites;
  • Provide technical assistance to production and quality teams;
  • Determine the various steps, methods, and manufacturing processes according to project realities;
  • Participate in the design of manufacturing tools and/or templates;
  • Collaborate in the drafting of documents (processes, procedures, instructions).

The minimum skills you must have:

  • A DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in one or more 3D design software;
  • Mastery of the concepts of balancing and sequencing manufacturing operations;
  • Knowledge in bottleneck estimation/simulation in factories;
  • You are detail-oriented and demonstrate autonomy and rigor;
  • You are mobile and willing to travel to our clients (Centre-Du-Québec, Estrie).
