The qualities we are looking for:
- Proficiency with digital tools and social media;
- Talent for consultative sales and prospecting;
- Enjoyment in discussing with decision-makers in the manufacturing sector;
- Leadership and strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, teams, and partners;
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector;
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities;
- Dynamic with a desire to achieve concrete results;
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Positive and innovative;
- Tenacious and persistent;
- Bilingual in both French and English (essential). English is required for clients with activities outside Quebec.
