What you will accomplish in this role:

  • Define and analyze client needs;

  • Participate in the selection of technological solutions, materials, and manufacturing processes;

  • Manage and/or validate engineering projects, design, manufacturing monitoring, and implementation of technical solutions;

  • Lead the execution of engineering and the development of products or equipment;

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of processes and propose solutions;

  • Contribute to the development of new products by carrying out the design and modeling of parts.

Essential Skills Required:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering;

  • You have 5 years of experience in the manufacturing field;

  • You are proficient in one or more design software programs;

  • You are a member of the O.I.Q. as an engineer;

  • You are bilingual (French / English) – fluency in English is required for our international clients and Quebec clients with international projects;

  • You are available to travel and work 80% of the time at our client’s site, with the possibility of remote work for analysis and report writing.
