Our client is a Tier 1 subcontractor to aircraft OEMs in commercial and business aviation, and a leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products, services, and solutions.

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager for a renewable 6-month temporary contract.

Your Responsibilities

  • Innovate and deploy advanced inventory management solutions.
  • Continuously maintain and improve data quality.
  • Ensure precise and timely delivery of products.
  • Effectively respond to specific needs of internal clients.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage overstocked parts/materials, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues as needed.
  • Optimize inventory management to maximize utilization, reduce dormant stocks in production, and enhance data accuracy in our inventory system (SAP).
  • Monitor and improve inventory performance indicators, ensuring compliance with General Conditions of procurement policy.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement business lead and control tower for effective activity coordination.


  • Five years of experience in the aerospace or heavy industry sector.
  • Demonstrated autonomy with developed analytical and reflective abilities.
  • Structured and organized approach to work.
  • Demonstrated rigor and precision in task execution.
  • Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional meetings.
  • Ability to synthesize information effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
