The client is an industry-leading Aerospace manufacturer for airline companies, maintenance centres, MRO, aircraft manufacturers, OEM, coatings and other companies.

This company analyzes, designs, produces, installs and removes aircraft decals, stencils, signage, aesthetic and protective coatings for all types of aircraft

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervision of technicians and engineers :Ensure compliance of designs, technical drawings, installation plans, product launches and monitor designs and modifications.
  • Supervision and management:Coordinate activities related to STCs, test plans, certifications and others with the DAO manager and authorised persons in LBM CAD to ensure compliance, airworthiness, conducting audits,
  • DAO responsibilities:Preparing authorisations for major modifications, designs, setting up procedures and protocols, and managing processes relating to adhesive coatings.
  • Project Management:Helping to draw up project plans, integrating the design, development and production phases.
  • Design office and customer needs analysis:Working closely with sales to understand customers' technical requirements.

Our Requirements

Training: Engineering degree in aeronautics, mechanical engineering or a related field.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in aeronautics and certification.

Skills :

  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations (Transport Canada, FAA, EASA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in partnership with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage technical documentation and quality processes.
