Your Responsibilities

• Working with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure proper monitoring of project costs and progress.
• Produce reports on projects and programmes.
• Manage and update project tracking systems, documents, change requests and online collaboration spaces
• Prepare management indicators, progress reviews and project monitoring documents.
• Monitor project funding and analyse information to identify issues and make recommendations to the project management team.
• Administer project management processes and systems.
• Initialise the project.
• Monitoring and updating invoicing and payment schedules.Perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
• Identify variances and assess impact.
• Manage change requests and scenario-based analysis.
• Implement project finance changes - manage data and systems.
• Administer cost lines.
• Support the risk monitoring system.
• Execute project governance.
• Evaluate performance indicators for cost/schedule/performance.
• Analyse variances between estimates, actuals and costs for a given project.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field
• Certification in project management would be an asset.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years' relevant experience in project planning and control.
• Relevant experience in an industrial environment.
• Good organisational skills.Accuracy and precision.
• Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Experience in programme management, with MS Project and in an ERP environment, an asset.
• Innovation, creativity and a sense of belonging
• .Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal guidance and supervision.
