Our client is a Tier 1 subcontractor to aircraft OEMs in commercial and business aviation, and a leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products, services, and solutions.
You will be responsible for assisting the Continuous Improvement department with the deployment of the site's continuous improvement projects and projects. You will be responsible for rolling out the customer's continuous improvement system. You will interact with: floor staff, support functions and managers. You will interface with the production and field support teams to ensure the deployment and increased maturity of LEAN methodologies on a production unit site.

Leading workshops

YOUR RESPONSABILITES
Continuous improvement
- Plan and manage change management via a roadmap
- Train and coach staff in LEAN methodologies (AAOS)Responsible for increasing the maturity of standards in the sector
- Carry out the necessary audits to assess industrial performanceManage and implement workstation improvement projects
Leading workshops
- Mapping processes and seizing opportunities
- Structuring projects in relation to improvement opportunities
- Ensuring coordination between the players involved in the project
- Leading and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team
- Monitor and control project progress, schedule execution and budget compliance

- Interest in the aeronautical industry
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
- Good command of the Office pack (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

- Solft skills: excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, dynamism and proactivity, initiative-taking and thoroughness
