Our partner is a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-tech metal components for the aviation industry. We are looking for CNC machinists who will be responsible for producing cutting-edge components for the aerospace sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions to determine product dimensions, tooling, and plan the sequence of operations
• Monitor and adjust machine operations
• Deliver the required number of finished parts according to production schedules
• Select the tooling to be used in machine operations
• Inspect or measure parts using precision measuring instruments
  
  

OUR OFFER

• A starting salary of $22.00/hour, based on experience
• Day training schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Shift (B) Day: Wednesday to Saturday & Thursday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Our Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with an understanding of different tools/equipment (an asset)
• Experience working with tight tolerances 0.0005"
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as vernier calipers, height gauges, and micrometers
• Experience in operating and programming machine tools with Fanuc controllers
• Experience in using and maintaining Nakamura Tome, Doosan, and Mori Seiki machines (an asset)
• Interest in manual work and/or experience in a manual labor role
• Ability to move and/or lift various materials (with assistance)
• Team-oriented, with a desire to grow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
