Our client is a Tier 1 subcontractor to aircraft OEMs in commercial and business aviation, and a leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products, services, and solutions.

He or she will be responsible for a team of schedulers, and will need to be able to manage a team and juggle the various hazards of production planning. In addition, the supervisor will be responsible for the aircraft co-ordinator, helping the team to share the status of an aircraft at all times & to comply with the various Quality Gates by reporting problems appropriately. He/she will be the production control department's representative within the A220 Autonomous Production team, with the aim of ensuring that the finished product is delivered on time and to the required quality. You will act as a manager within the team and as a coordinator between the various support departments to promote logistical flows.

Your Responsabilities

  • Manage the team and ensure good harmony within the department.
  • Work as a team with the MFT to deliver aircraft in quality & on time.
  • Develop performance indicators for the team's various targets.
  • Managing priority orders and providing visibility on emergencies.
  • Production monitoring: monitoring actual production progress, resolving issues (quality,deadline).
