Your Responsibilities

• Service and delivery support team: planning, deadlines, managing or supporting invoice and credit note processing.
• Receives customer/GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities.
• Communicates regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain essential informatio to meet customer requirements and needs.
• Support for load code correction
• Project initialization
• Perform administrative tasks and related paperwork.
• Perform monthly financial analyses and support project review cycles.
• Update information in databases according to revised plan/plan.
• Participates in and supports special projects related to improvement initiatives.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration or finance with 2 to 5 years' experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum experience in a project management office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy.
• Good communication skills (written and oral).
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to manage time with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Autonomy, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
